On application to join the club all members agree that the following data may be collected from them;

Name, Mobile or landline number and E mail address.

In the case of junior members, their DOB must be submitted by a parent or guardian to the TSAC secretary and treasurer. Any communication with Junior members will be via their parent or guardian.

The data will be held securely in paper or software format by the club Secretary, Chairman,

Treasurer and Facebook controller and webmaster . These officials will use the data to contact members about events and membership issues, such as reminders for meetings, competitions etc.

Anyone interested in Boat trips can give their number to the boat trip organiser. This is not part of official club records.

​

Data will be reviewed annually at the end of May each year, and any information relating to individuals who have not renewed their membership for the current year will be deleted from all club records.

​

All individuals reserve the right to request access information held about them by the club and request deletion where necessary.
